General: We maintain a restful setting and a healthy environment for all our clients; therefore, smoking is not permitted. Quiet must be observed at all times. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Discounts, coupons and other price adjustments cannot be combined.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
• Services of 2 or more must be secured with a major credit card or gift certificate number.
• Once a treatment begins, you are responsible for payment of that service.

Cancellation Policy: If there is need to cancel an appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance. If your appointment is not cancelled with adequate notice, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If a client is late for a scheduled appointment, a full treatment might not be possible, but a full charge will be expected.
